드릴비트 생산만 33년의 역사를 가지고 있는 UDT 해머드릴비트. 1987년 단순 작업공장에서 출발했으며, 정식 기업으로는 1995년 등록됐다. 현재 연간 드릴비트 생산량만 1억개에 달한다.
동종업체보다 앞서 ISO9001, ISO14001 및 OHSAS18001 등의 인증을 받았으며, 지역의 유명 브랜드가 됐다. 그만큼 하드웨어 공구산업과 중국 드릴업계에서 선도적인 기업으로 꼽힌다. 그 외 부동산, 금융, PE 및 기타 분야에도 투자하고 있다.

UDT Hammer Drill Bit has 33 years of history for Drill bit production. It started as a simple processing workshop in 1987 and was registered as a company in 1995. Currently, the production of drill bits reaches 100 million units per year. It was certified by ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 prior to peers, and became a famous local brand. It is considered a leading company in the hardware tool industry and Chinese drill industry. It also invests in real estate, finance, PE and other areas.
주요 생산품목으로는 해머드릴비트, 치즐, HSS드릴비트, 톱날, 라우터비트, 홀쏘, 텅스텐 카바이드 등이 있다. 20개가 넘는 품목 시리즈에 5,000개 이상 다양한 규격의 제품을 생산, 관리하는 전문 제조기업이다. 3개 지역에 10개의 공장을 보유하고 있으며, 전체 공장 규모만 16만㎡에 이른다. 올해 말 5만8천㎡규모의 새 공장 가동이 이루어지면 치즐, 코어비트, TCT 홀쏘, 루터비트 생산량 향상은 물론 더 많은 프로젝트 개발이 가능해질 것으로 기대를 모으고 있다. 특히 중국내에서만 133개 대리점을 갖추고 있는 등 전국 각 지역 유통망을 확보해 놓고 있다.

Major production items include hammer drill bit, chisel, HSS drill bit, saw blade, router bit, hole saw, and tungsten carbide. It is a specialized manufacturing company that produces and manages more than 5,000 different sizes of products in more than 20 item series. It has 10 factories in 3 regions and total factory size is 160,000m2. It is expected that if the 58,000m2new plant is operated at the end of this year, it will be possible to develop more projects as well as improve production of chisel, core bit, TCT hole saw, and router bit. Especially, it has secured
distribution networks across the country, with 133 agencies in China.

제품 생산시 가장 중요하게 생각하는 것은 정직. 바로 품질에 대한 신뢰다. 무엇보다 카바이드 팁을 직접 생산하는 것을 최고의 품질 경쟁력으로 꼽는다. 전문 R&D팀이 다양한 수요를 만족시킬만한 여러 다른 종류의 카바이드 팁과 재료들을 개발한다. 고객과 영업팀으로부터 피드백을 받아 시장의 요구를 인지하고 새로운 제품개발에 박차를 가하게 된다. 이러한 노력을 통해 지난해 매출액은 전년대비 8% 증가했다. 올해 상반기 기준으로 전체 11.5% 상승을 기대하고 있으며, 현지 시장의 경우 15% 상승이 예상된다.
Produce Carbide tips by ourselves

드릴비트는 가장 중요한 생산품목이다. 직원들은 제품의 질적 향상을 위해 품질, 안전, 효율적인 생산시스템을 철저하게 구현하는 등 지속적인 성장을 추구하고 있다. 한 때 고용의 어려움을 겪기도 했으나 이를 극복하기 위해 자동화시스템 구축을 확대해 오고 있다. 자동화설비 덕분에 단조과정이 축소되어 안정적인 품질 유지는 물론 비용절감까지 해결했다. 카바이드 팁 작업장의 경우도 자동화설비와 새로운 생산 공정을 갖춘 신공장으로 이전을 완료했다.

올해 목표는 영업매출 20% 성장과 2~3개의 신제품 출시를 계획하고 있다. 공장 규모만 16만㎡에 직원수는 1,368명에 이른다. 중요한 명절이 있을 때는 임직원들이 함께 저녁식사를 하기도 하고, 우수한 성과를 이룬 직원들에게는 일주일간 관광을 제공하기도 한다. 지역의 공공도로, 다리 건설은 물론 초등학교 설립, 학생 후원 등 기부활동도 활발하게 펼치고 있다.
Target to increase sales by 20% in 2021
This year’s goal is to increase sales by 20% and to release 2 to 3 new products. The factory is 160,000m2 and has 1,368 employees. On important holiday, executives and employees eat dinner together, and provide a week vacation to employees who have achieved excellent results.
